Notifications

The Notification tab consolidates notifications from APP_ML (the Machine Learning component of NETALERT) and other NETALERT modules, highlighting errors, configuration issues, or irregularities in the software setup. Rather than searching across multiple applications, this single interface enables users to conveniently monitor and manage all important alerts and updates in one place.

Notifications are designed to deliver timely, relevant information. For example, if a particular software component encounters a configuration error, the system promptly generates a notification. This mechanism ensures quick issue identification and resolution, supporting smooth operation and optimal performance of the NETALERT solution.

Many notifications relate to issues stemming from incorrect configurations in the ML parameters.

The Notifications interface includes the following fields:

  • Application – Identifies the ML application responsible for generating the notification.
  • Created – Specifies the timestamp when the notification was generated.
  • Description – Provides a message describing the nature of the notification.
  • Delete – Offers the option to remove the notification from the list.
