How to disable two-factor authentication (2FA) for a user account
Two options are available:
- Disable 2FA as the user
- Disable 2FA as an administrator
1. Disable 2FA as the user
Log in with 2FA
- Access the CYBERQUEST web interface using a valid username and password.
- Enter the Google Authenticator code and click Validate to complete authentication.

Disable 2FA
From the Settings menu, select Disable two-factor authentication. After disabling 2FA, the session ends and you are logged out.

2. Disable 2FA as an administrator
Authentication
Use an Administrator account to access the CYBERQUEST web interface (for example, https://CyberquestIPAddress).

Navigate to Settings
From Settings, select Users and groups > Users to open the Users page.
