How to delete user-specific data

A Right to be Forgotten (RTBF) job can be used to delete personal data based on defined matching patterns. This deletion process applies to both online and archived data stores, ensuring comprehensive removal of the user’s information.

Authentication

To access the web interface, open a browser and enter the application's IP address or DNS name (for example, https://CyberquestIPAddress).

The browser automatically redirects to CYBERQUEST's authentication page:

After the job has been executed, return to the Browser module and apply the same filter and time period to verify that the users events have been deleted. The absence of the events confirms that the RTBF job processed the data according to the specified criteria.
