How to Change CYBERQUEST Web Application Passwords

A user can change their own password from the User menu. This is strongly recommended after the first login and can be performed at any time. Also, a user with administrative rights can change the passwords of other users.

To change the password, follow these steps:

Change own password

Step 1. Authentication

To access Web Interface, open a web browser and type the application's address or DNS name. The default address initially assigned to Web Interface is https://CyberquestIPAddress (example).

The browser automatically redirects you to CYBERQUEST's authentication page:

Note: If the organization uses SSO/LDAP/SAML, password changes may be managed by the identity provider and this option can be disabled. Use the IdP self-service portal in that case.
