This section provides an overview of the available tools in CYBERQUEST that help with data processing, analysis, and system management.

Batch Fields Checker

The Batch Fields Checker is a powerful tool designed for bulk data analysis and validation. It enables processing of large data volumes across multiple fields simultaneously, making it ideal for security analysts and system administrators who need to quickly identify patterns, validate data, or perform comprehensive searches across the CYBERQUEST platform.

Navigate to Settings > Tools > Batch Fields Checker from the CYBERQUEST Web Interface:

1.Create a text file containing the values to search for. Each value should be on a separate line.

2.Click Choose File to select the text file, then press UPLOAD to begin the process.

3.After uploading, select the specific fields to search across. The system will compare each value from the file with all selected fields. Common fields include:

4.Configure search parameters:

  • Check Batch Size: Specify how many lines from the file to process in this batch.
  • Check Days back: Set the time range for the search (e.g., 7 days, 30 days, 90 days).

5.Click the start button to begin processing.

Current Position: Number of lines processed from the input file.

Current File: Location where temporary results are stored on the server

DOWNLOAD CSV: Export current results for immediate analysis

After processing completes, results are displayed with three key columns:

  • Value: The original value from the input file.
  • Items: Number of matches found for that value.
  • Actions: Available actions for each result.

Results can be sent to:

  • Browser: For detailed investigation in the CYBERQUEST browser interface
  • Dashboards: To create visual dashboards based on findings
  • Alerts: To set up monitoring for specific patterns or values

Note: When using results in other modules, search within the same time range specified in Check Days Back to see consistent results.

About / Licensing

The About section provides comprehensive information about your CYBERQUEST instance and license management capabilities.

Navigate to Settings > Tools > About to open the About CYBERQUEST window:

The About CYBERQUEST window provides the following information:

  • Hardware ID: Unique identifier for the CYBERQUEST machine. This ID is used for permanent license registration

  • License days left: Remaining days of license validity.

  • License type: Current license status:

  • Licensed: Full access to all features

  • Not Licensed: Limited functionality available

  • Edition: The specific CYBERQUEST edition for which the license is registered.

To add a new license, copy the license key, paste it into the License Key field, and click Add License Key.

Important: New licenses can either replace the current license entirely or add additional functionality through add-on licenses.

The Clear license cache button forces the update of the license details in the web interface.
